It is instrumental in bringing about unity among the masses and is the backbone of nation. The reach of media to common people has further increased with the IT and communication revolution and undoubtedly it has attained the role of a very powerful organ in virtually all spheres of life. The Indian media needs well trained manpower to focus on its role in the society in a decisive way.

Youths are the future and important resource in the development of a nation. Being part of trained media professionals resource pool they can significantly contribute for the development of society at large. The profession of media is both challenging and demanding.
